About ESMethod
My name is Iryna Yemengulova. I am a Master in Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics. I have trained and competed in Ukraine, Bulgaria, and other countries.

Rhythmic Gymnastics requires a lot of body flexibility and control. Some people are born with natural flexibility. Other people, like myself, need to work on developing their body flexibility. In order for me to achieve my goals in Rhythmic Gymnastics sports, I had to work on my flexibility diligently.

In the course of my work, I tried to think, "how can I elevate my flexibility at a greater pace, what does my body need to do in order to become more flexible?" I knew I needed a method to achieve my goals. Every day, I tried different exercises. I put together sequences of moves, continually switching the order to see how my muscles would respond fastest, to give me a better stretch. At some point, I found the ideal combination of total body strength and flexibility movements that led to impressive and rapid improvements in my body. It was so exciting to see my body react so positively! My movements became more graceful, and flawless. I became more supple and agile. I began performing complex elements effortlessly. With my new skills, I felt like I could achieve any goal in Rhythmic Gymnastics. This was how my Method was born. Since then, I have been using this Method every day for the last twenty years to keep myself strong, mobile and injury free.
As I began working in the entertainment world, I introduced my Method to performers, professional athletes, and dancers to improve their overall body function as well as assist them in winning competitions and major show productions. The Method was so highly successful in achieving their goals that I became known as the 'go-to trainer'' in the entertainment industry to transform bodies quickly and importantly, prevent injury.


Seeing the efficiency of my Method in the professional community, I wanted to extend it to a broader audience who need to improve their flexibility and strength in their day to day life. I introduced the Everything Is Stretchable program, using this same Method to enable anyone, of all ages and fitness levels, to greatly improve their flexibility and strength together, to see and feel the same remarkable, body-changing results as my professional athletes, dancers, and myself.

The sequence of movements I personally use is the same sequence I'm bringing to you with the "Everything is Stretchable" Program. These simple, highly effective exercises will not only make you strong and more mobile, you will, feel as I did in a short time, more agile, more comfortable and graceful moving in your body. You will gain confidence and have more energy. The aches and pains accepted as part of daily life will disappear. The Everything Is Stretchable Program can be quickly learned. I've seen my clients have dramatic changes in one to two sessions a week after only one month. It is not magic, though my clients say it is!

I hereby give my consent to participate in the programs given by Farfalla, LLC. I fully understand that the program given by Farfalla, LLC involves participation in physical exercise including gymnastics, dance and tumbling ("Program").

Release of Liability and Promise Not to Sue In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Program, on behalf of myself and my next of kin, heirs and representatives, I release from all liability and promise not to sue Farfalla, LLC, and its members, employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents (collectively "Farfalla") from any and all claims, including claims of the Farfalla's negligence, resulting in any physical or psychological injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss I may suffer because of my participation in this Program, including travel to, from and during the Program.

Assumption of Risk I am voluntarily participating in this Program. I am aware of the risks associated with traveling to/from and participating in this Program, which include but are not limited to physical or psychological injury, muscle strains and tears, broken bones, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and/or death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other's actions, inaction, or negligence; conditions related to travel; or the condition of the Program location(s). Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this Program, including travel to, from and during the Program.

Agreement to Pay Claims I agree to hold Farfalla harmless from any and all claims, including attorney's fees or damage to my personal property, that may occur as a result of my participation in this Program, including travel to, from and during the Program. If Farfalla incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Farfalla. If I need medical treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.

Consent for Treatment I fully understand that Farfalla staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With the above in mind, I hereby grant permission for the staff of Farfalla, if deemed necessary by them, to render first aid and to seek medical assistance, including summoning an ambulance, on behalf of the myself in the event of any injury or illness. I acknowledge that any costs of medical care provided or emergency transportation, are my sole responsibility.

If Participant is under 18 years of age: I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing Farfalla from all liability on my and the Participant's behalf, (b) promising not to sue on my and the Participant's behalf, (c) and assuming all risks of the Participant's participation in this Program, including travel to, from and during the Program. I allow Participant to participate in this Program. I understand that I am responsible for the obligations and acts of Participant as described in this document. I agree to be bound by the terms of this document. I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.

ES METHOD FAQ
1. What should i wear, what should I Bring and when should I arrive to my first EVERYTHING IS STRETCHABLE CLASS
For your first ES class, be sure to bring a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. If you don't have these things, no worries, our ES studios offer towels, mats and sell water. And if it's your first time at ES Method, your yoga mat and towel rental are free. Be sure to wear fitted exercise clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture. First-timers should also get to the studio 15 minutes before class starts to meet your ES instructor and ask any questions. We want to share our one-of-a-kind Flexibility and Strength with everyone, so come to work hard and have fun!

2. How do I sign up for classes

At ESM studios, students can reserve classes in advance using our website or mobile app. Classes will have a 'Book' button under the class name on the studio schedule.

3. Is there a good spot to put my Mat if I am attending my first ES class?What help is provided to new student?
A good place to put your yoga mat is in the back of the room, close to a door or sidewall so that you can use other students as a guide while practicing ESM. We also encourage you to let the instructor know that it's your first time. They'll happily give you extra guidance and assistance during class to ensure you're practicing flexibility safely.

Have questions? Our ESM instructors love answering questions about Stretching and strengthening or helping students learn more about a specific ES posture. Ask them anything after class, they're thrilled to help.

4. What if I am not that flexible??

ESM actually promotes flexibility. You don't have to be flexible to start doing ES Method. During the workday, much of our activity or, lack there of, shortens muscles. Think about how often you either sit at a desk, in your car or at home. ES METHOD lengthens and expands muscles while helping you release toxins that build up in your body over time. Becoming more flexible is a great benefit of ES METHOD, This gain happens regardless of whether or not you can touch your toes!

5. How often should I practice ES Method?

A successful flexibility practice requires discipline, consistency and commitment. To experience the true benefits of a ES method practice, we recommend practicing flexibility four to six days per week. A practice of two to three days per week, if consistent, will create transformation over time. Develop the spirit of repetition and dedication in your everything is stretchable practice, and you will see results!
